1The Journey
Anchored in this process of 'Experiential Art', as a soft skill trainer I engaged myself in mindfulness exercises that helped me access my inner self, facilitate creativity and foster focus. The act of painting then slowly converted itself into act of mindfulness.

2Explorations
These experiments and exercises of self-enquiry convinced me that art can indeed be a catalyst of self-expression, healing and promotes a sense of wellbeing in an individual. I decided to explore this connection of art with human mind and did my Masters in Psychology, in 2010.

3Expansions
I continued to apply these learnings in my role as a Life Skills Trainer in topics ranging from emotional intelligence to lateral thinking, it was becoming evident that using Art as a process can stimulate one's imagination and psychology to understand and ascertain its effect was taking shape.
