Expectations, uncertainity, reflections and rumifications are held tight in our inner fortresses and these block our connection with the world. Mindful art activities helps us to open our eyes to the world around us that we constantly ignore. It frees us from the cage of futile thoughts of past and future and pulls us back into the present.
Reflection: individual / Group Consultation that help clients explore issues, feelings, emotions and challenges to understand and resolve set back using a variety of art practices, interlaced with mindfulness techniques like breathing and meditation that are custom designed to calm the mind and help them subconsciously express themselves through tangible images and obtain a view of problems, conflicts and potentials.
